Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using I AM CONFESSIONS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and I AM CONFESSIONS.

2. Description of Service

I AM CONFESSIONS is a personal manifestation platform that provides AI-powered affirmations, voice recording, journaling, and goal-tracking tools to support your personal growth journey. We offer a monthly subscription (the “Starter Plan”) at an introductory rate of $1.00 USD per month for the first 3 months, after which the regular rate of $2.99 USD per month applies.

3. Accounts & Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@iamconfessions.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • The Starter Plan is billed at an introductory price of $1.00 USD per month for your first 3 billing months. After the 3-month introductory period, the subscription automatically continues at the regular price of $2.99 USD per month, charged at the start of each billing cycle. You will be charged $1.00 for months 1, 2, and 3, and $2.99 per month from month 4 onward.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Please contact support@iamconfessions.com for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on the Service, including journal entries, voice recordings, and affirmations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated means to access or scrape the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service — excluding user-generated content — are the exclusive property of I AM CONFESSIONS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I AM CONFESSIONS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific results. The Service is intended for personal growth and motivational purposes and does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I AM CONFESSIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
